I have used This rehab twice and I highly recommend them. They work closely with clients. they don’t give you exercises and walk away they stay with you and make sure your form is correct and watch as you perform your exercises giving feedback so you get the best results. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

I have seen Derrik and Mathew and I cannot say enough great things about them both! A beautiful ( and spotless) facility! I am working with Matthew now after having cervical spine surgery. I am getting my range of motion back in my neck and I feel great after each session. He has put together a great program for me I highly recommend Metro-Strength Performance Rehab. Their Red Light Therapy Bed is fabulous too!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love how innovative and athlete focused they are. They really know how to get to the bottom of the issue and create a program specific to you. Also sometimes I get to pet the owner's dog when I'm there, which just makes the experience even better!

Derrik Faunt is a great caregiver/provider/physical therapist. He's passionate about the subject, very pleasant, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and how he puts his fingers right on the problem areas without you even telling him he's on the spot is like magic. Easy to talk to, listens, has good feedback and cares about his patients on a personal level. Also a good facility. Recommend.

Go ahead and schedule your first appointment with this team. Derek AND Matt both helped me reclaim my life back at the age of 37. I was told by physicians I would never be able to do the things I am doing now without bilateral hip replacements. Two years later I am playing hockey and snowboarding at a high level again with zero surgery (and a lot of effort). Drop your ego and go put in the work.
